Maxis wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Mandate at the forthcoming annual general meeting ("AGM"). The circular to shareholders setting out details of the Proposed Mandate and AGM notice will be issued to Maxis' shareholders in due course.
