The Board of Directors of CKI wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Ratification and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.

The Circular to Shareholders which sets out details of the abovementioned proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
