Further to the Company's announcement made on 3 January 2025 in relation to the contract awarded by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd ("PCSB") for the Provision of Pan-Malaysia Offshore Maintenance, Construction, Modification (MCM) and Hook-up & Commissioning (HUC) Services for Package C3 (SKA - Gas), (the "Contract"), the Board of Directors of PEB is pleased to announce that Petra Resources Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PEB, has received and accepted four (4) work orders dated on 1 December 2025, 22 January 2026 and 30 January 2026 (2 work orders) from PCSB for the Provision of HUC Services for the Bintulu Integrated Facilities (BIF) Rejuvenation Project Phase 2, with a total work orders value of RM298 million.
