Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the announcement dated 28 November 2025, 19 December 2025, 9 January 2026, 13 January 2026, 11 February 2026, 13 February 2026 and 5 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed SCR.

On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 April 2026 filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya ("High Court") to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
