Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of GTB ("Entitled Shareholders") and notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of GTB within 8 market days after the Entitlement Date.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
