INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LISTING OF THE ENTIRE ENLARGED ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF 5E RESOURCES ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("IPO")

Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 April 2026 in relation to the IPO ("Announcement").

3. DISTRIBUTION FOR PLACEMENT TRANCHE
Pursuant to the private placement to selected investors and Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI, a total of 336,408,500 Shares ("Placement Shares") have been allocated to a total of 217 investors. The distribution of the Placement Shares is set out below:
