On behalf of the Board of Directors of Arka ("Board"), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the disposal of 800,000 ordinary shares representing the 40% equity interest in Enfrasys Solutions Sdn Bhd to Joy Jewel Sdn Bhd for a disposal consideration of RM43.0 million to be satisfied entirely via cash ("Proposed Disposal").
