We refer to the announcement dated 1 April 2026 in relation to the deferment of suspension on the trading and de-listing of the securities of the Company pending the decision on the further appeal against de-listing under paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 9 April 2026, has decided to defer the de-listing of the securities of the Company to 30 April 2026 to complete the SCR.

In the event the Company fails to complete the SCR by 30 April 2026, Bursa Securities had further decided that the securities of the Company may be de-listed and removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the date of notification by Bursa Securities.
