We refer to our announcements made on 10 October 2023, 11 October 2023, 20 June 2024, 10 October 2024, 10 April 2025 and 8 October 2025, pertaining to the Industrial Tree Planting Agreement ("ITPA" or "Agreement") entered into between Focus Lumber Berhad ("the Company" or "FLB") and Rakyat Berjaya Sdn Bhd ("RBSB").

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of FLB wishes to provide an update on the progress of the Industrial Tree Plantation project.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") report has been approved by the Environmental Protection Department ("EPD") on 12 March 2026, together with a Letter of Undertaking ("LOU") to comply with the environmental terms and conditions. The Company's Director has duly executed the LOU at the EPD on 6 April 2026.

In addition, the Annual Work Plan ("AWP") has been submitted to the Sabah Forestry Department for its approval.

Upon receiving the approval of AWP, the Company is expected to commence the management of the Industrial Tree Plantation project.
