Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of AppAsia wishes to announce that the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, AppAsia Capital Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, details of which are set out in the attachment. 

The provision of financial assistance as set out in the attachment does not have any material effect on the net assets earnings per share of AppAsia and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
