The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Crescendo Development Sdn. Bhd. ("CDSB" or "the Vendor"), has on 9 April 2026 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Digital Edge Data Centers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202501059639 (1661045-U)] ("DEDCSB" or "the Purchaser") ("the SPA"), for the disposal of all that plot of vacant industrial freehold land held under title H.S.(D) 62048 PTD 50892 in the Mukim and District of Kota Tinggi, State of Johor having an approximate area of 49.720 acres/2,165,805.395  square feet ("the Land") for a total cash consideration of RM346,528,863.20 ("Disposal Consideration") or RM160.00 per square foot ("sq ft") (hereinafter referred to as "the Disposal").
