With reference to the announcements made on 23 October 2024 and 5 January 2026, in relation to the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of Century Packing & Printing ("CPP"), a 60% owned subsidiary of Pro Pulp Packages ("Pro Pulp"), which is a subsidiary of Century Bond Bhd ("CBB"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of KPS Berhad ("the Company").

The Company wishes to announce that the voluntary winding-up process of CPP has been completed.  Accordingly, CPP was officially dissolved on 9 April 2026, as reflected in company search conducted by the Company on the same date.
