We refer to the announcements dated 28 May 2025, 17 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 30 October 2025, 17 November 2025, 18 November 2025, 26 November 2025, 3 December 2025 and 30 January 2026 ("Announcements").

(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Pre-Completion and Completion matters of the Agreement have been fulfilled or waived (as the case may be) on 8 April 2026. The remaining Pre-Completion and Completion matters which have not been fulfilled or waived (as the case may be) shall remain as Post-Completion obligations. In addition, the Company had on 8 April 2026 received a notification from the Vendor that it has received the Part Purchase Price.

Following from the above, the Proposed Acquisitions have been completed on 8 April 2026.
