The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 June 2025, 4 July 2025, 15 August 2025, 3 September 2025, 4 December 2025 and 30 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 April 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 13 August 2026 for the implementation of the Private Placement, subject to the Company suspending the implementation of the Private Placement, including the issuance and listing of Placement Shares, in the event of any requisition of extraordinary general meeting and/ or legal proceeding arising from the requisition, during its implementation.
