Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025, 6 January 2026 and 14 January 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Court had, on 6 April 2026, conducted a case management for the intervening application filed by Inovar Contracts Sdn Bhd for the Application.

At the case management, the Court has fixed a further case management on 22 April 2026 at 9.00 a.m., to be conducted via e-Review, for the parties to update the status of the matter and to receive further directions from the Court.

In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to be in effect for SCSB.

Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
