We refer to our previous announcement dated 6 January 2026 in relation to provision of financial assistance by IHB's wholly-owned subsidiary, Amcap Solutions Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending 

company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. 

We wish to clarify that this amended announcement is issued to update the presentation of certain intercompany balances so as to align with the presentation requirements of Appendix 8D of the Main 

Market Listing Requirements. The amendment is undertaken to ensure the classification and presentation of such balances for administrative consistency and to better reflect the nature of fund movements 

within the Group, including balances arising from a prior loan novation. The Company is making this clarification in the interest of transparency and to ensure full alignment with the applicable presentation 

requirements. The amendment relates solely to classification and presentation and does not affect the substance of the underlying transactions, the Group's net assets, earnings, financial performance, cash flows, 

business operations, or any previously announced financial results. The details are set out in the attachment below.
