Pursuant to Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.3 of the Practice Note 11 of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the information on loans extended by the Company in its ordinary course of business as a licensed moneylender for the financial year ended 28 February 2026, are set out in the attachment. 

The provision of financial assistance as set out in the attachment does not have any material effect on the net asset value per share and earnings per share of AEON Credit for the financial year ended 28 February 2026.
