Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 11 September 2025 in relation to the fire incident at the factory of Fujian HJS located in Fuqing City, Fujian Province, China ("Announcement").

(Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined in the Announcement.)

The Board wishes to announce that based on preliminary assessments, Fujian HJS has recognised and provided for losses amounting to approximately RM17.81 million arising from the fire incident.

Fujian HJS is currently awaiting confirmation from the relevant authorities on the investigation to further assess the extent of the damage before proceeding with any claim in respect of the losses incurred.

Notwithstanding the above, the Board wishes to highlight that the financial impact arising from the fire incident has been adequately provided for, and is not expected to have any further material impact on the Group's financial performance going forward.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments on the matter.
