Reference is made to the Announcements made on 13 March 2026 and 24 March 2026.

We wish to announce that Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("Cahya Mata" or "the Company") has been informed by its solicitors that it has received an Originating Summons ("OS") from the solicitors acting for Malaysian Phosphate Ventures Sdn Bhd ("MPV") on 1 April 2026 for recognition and/or enforcement of the Final Award dated 12 March 2026 delivered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre ("AIAC") ("the Arbitral Award").

 
The Company reiterates that it has, upon advice of its solicitors already filed an Originating Summon on 24 March 2026 to set aside the Arbitral Award and to stay the recognition /enforcement of the Award by MPV pending the Company's setting aside application.

Any further material developments will be announced to Bursa Securities accordingly.
