The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTTR, an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 April 2026, entered into a Warehouse Automation System (including Automated Storage and Retrieval System Equipment Installation and Leasing) Agreement ("Agreement") with SDP and Mydin for the following purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement:-

(i) for the Lessor to undertake and complete the design, supply, construction and installation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System ("ASRS") within the agreed designated area of the Warehouse (as defined in the attachment);
(ii) for the Lessor to lease the ASRS to the Lessee in connection with the terms and conditions of the Agreement for the purposes of the Lessee's utilisation, management and operation of its business, at a monthly rental of RM900,000.00 subject to rental escalation every 3 years for a lease term of 15 years; and
(iii) for the Lessor to undertake the scope of repair, support and maintenance services for the ASRS, in accordance with terms and conditions of the Agreement.
