The Board of Directors of SSF wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 April 2026 received a notice in writing on even date given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") from Moore Stephens Associates PLT ("Moore Stephens") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, Moore Stephens's term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from 3 April 2026.

Moore Stephens was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 7 October 2025, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of Moore Stephens is a voluntary resignation due to its resource constraints. 

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

An announcement on the appointment of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course.
