Reference is made to the Company's latest announcement on 17 March 2026. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement.


Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of CKI wishes to announce that the aggregated value of the RRPTs entered by the Company with CKH as detailed in the attachment, had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of the audited consolidated net assets of the Company as at 31 December 2024.
