At the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tong Herr Resources Berhad ("THR" or "the Company") held on 29 May 2025, the Company had obtained the shareholders' mandate to allow THR Group to enter into the Recurrent Related Party Transaction as set out in the circular to the shareholders of THR dated 25 April 2025. 

The said shareholders' mandate, unless renewed, shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company. 

Accordingly, the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders Mandate at the AGM of the Company to be convened at a date which will be notified later.

A Circular in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be uploaded to the Company's website at www.tong.com.my in due course.
