The Board of Directors of CSC Steel Holdings Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that it intends to seek for the Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature (the "Proposal") at the Twenty-second Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be convened on a date which would be announced later.

The Circular to Shareholders setting out the details pertaining to the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
