Mr. Lee Hong Lam has over 7 years of experience in accounting and management, and oversight of financial operations. He began his career in outsourced accounting before transitioning to audit firms. He started as an intern in EY Malaysia. In October 2019, he joined Deloitte PLT as an Audit Assistant and was subsequently promoted to Audit Assistant Manager. During his tenure in Deloitte PLT through to June 2026, he was primarily involved in audits of private and public listed companies as well as with initial public offerings for certain clients (as reporting accountant).
From July 2024 to March 2025, he served as the Group Reporting and Finance Accountant at a plantation and manufacturing company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, where he was responsible for group reporting, annual budgeting and tax matters.
Prior to joining One Glove Group Berhad, he held the position of Accounts and Finance Manager at a manufacturer of automotive tires. In this role, he oversaw management reports, cash flow management, and treasury functions.
During his career, he has developed expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, accounting system transitions, and cash flow management. |
