- RECOMMENDATION FOR DECLARATION OF DIVIDENDS IN RESPECT OF FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

The Board of Directors of Far East Holdings Berhad ("FEHB") is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of a special single tier dividend of 3.00 sen per ordinary share and a final single tier dividend of 12.00 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of FEHB at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be announced in due course.
