Description	PERAK CORPORATION BERHAD ("PERAK CORP" OR THE "COMPANY") (I) SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION; (II) JOINT DEVELOPMENT; (III) DISPOSALS OF HULU BERNAM LANDS; (IV) DISPOSAL OF HINTERLAND; (V) DISPOSAL OF ZONE 1 BANDAR MERU RAYA; (VI) ISSUANCE OF RPS-B; (VII) AMENDMENTS I; AND (VIII)AMENDMENTS II (COLLECTIVELY, THE "REGULARISATION PLAN")
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company's solicitors had vide its letters, all of which were dated 2 April 2026, confirmed that all conditions precedent set out in the Second SA SPA I, SPA II and SPA III have been fulfilled respectively. Accordingly, the Second SA SPA I, SPA II and SPA III have all become unconditional, which marks the deemed completion of the Disposals of Hulu Bernam Lands. This announcement is dated 2 April 2026.
