The Board of Directors of Winstar wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

 

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the Company's shareholders in due course.
