We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 February 2026 and 1 April 2026, and the Circular dated 17 October 2025.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 170,325,271 Bonus Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.

 

Following the completion of the Bonus Issue, the issued share capital of RedPlanet has increased from 170,325,271 Shares to 340,650,542 Shares.
