Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the previous announcement dated 16 December 2025 ("Announcement").

Further to the Announcement made by the Company in relation to the Adjudication Claim, the Board of Directors of IHB wishes to announce that ISB had on 1 April 2026 been notified by its 

legal representative that the Adjudicator had on 31 March 2026 determined and delivered his Adjudication Decision in favour of ISB. The Adjudicator's Decision are as follows:-

1. STI shall pay ISB the adjudicated amount of RM4,481,890.66 on or before 14 April 2026 ("Adjudicated Amount");

2. STI shall pay ISB interest on the Adjudicated Amount calculated at the rate of 5% per annum on daily rests on the amount due, from respective due dates on the sum of RM3,314,975.87, 

from 24 January 2025 on the sum of RM1,091,632.71 and from 7 February 2025 on the sum of RM75,282.08, until the date where full payment is made for each respective item;

3. STI shall pay ISB costs of the adjudication proceeding amounting to RM110,702.00 on or before 14 April 2026.

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Securities as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with Main Market Listing 

Requirements of Bursa Securities.
