The Board of Directors of WZB wishes to announce that, following the resignation of Mr. Li Wai Leung as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2026, the composition of the Long-Term Incentive Plan Committee has been revised as follows, with immediate effect:

(2) Yap Ping Hong (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

(3) Kington Tong Kum Loong (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
