Reference is made to the Company's series of announcements from 13 April 2020 to 27 March 2026 in relation to the Company triggering Para 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements on ground that the Company has an insignificant business or operations and therefore is considered as an Affected Listed issuer.

Save for the announcements made by the Company, the Board of Directors of MHB wishes to update that there are no other major developments after the latest announcement made on 27 March 2026.  Notwithstanding this, the Company shall continue its efforts to regularise its business and operation with the aim to accelerate the Regularization Plan's finalisation.
