OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") ("ESOS Options") OF THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors ("Board") of WEC wishes to announce that the Company has on 01 April 2026 ("Offer Date") offered ESOS Options to its eligible Directors and employees of WEC and its non-dormant subsidiaries to subscribe for new ordinary shares in WEC ("WEC Shares" or "Shares") under the ESOS in accordance with the provisions of the LTIP By-laws of the Company.
