(I)	ACQUISITION OF SEPANG LANDS;
(II)	ACQUISITION OF KS LAND; AND
(III)	ACQUISITION OF KWSB

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "ACQUISITIONS")

We refer to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 22 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 10 February 2026 and 24 February 2026 in relation to the Acquisitions ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Acquisitions of KWSB and KS Land are deemed completed on 1 April 2026 pursuant to the SSA and SPA 2, following the completion of the performance by the parties of SSA and SPA 2 of their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the SSA and SPA 2.
