We refer to the previous announcements dated 28 November 2025 and 9 August 2023 in respect of the development of solar PV plant of 29.99MW under CGPP at Mukim Padang Meha, District of Kulim, State of Kedah.

The Board of Directors of M K Land ("the Board") wishes to announce that Citra Energies Sdn. Bhd. ("CESB"), which is a subsidiary of Solar Citra Sdn. Bhd. ("SCSB"), which is an indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 1 April 2026 accepted a term loan financing facility of RM145,409,414.00 and a revolving credit financing facility of RM3,000,000.00 ("the Facilities") offered by BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad.

The Facilities are secured for the purpose of carrying out the development of solar PV plant and its interconnection facilities with a capacity of 29.99MW under CGPP located at Mukim Padang Meha, District of Kulim, State of Kedah ("Project").
