Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025, 1 October 2025 and 3 February 2026, and the Circular dated 17 October 2025.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 1 April 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue, 170,325,271 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.

 

The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 2 April 2026, being the next market day immediately after the said entitlement date.
