Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has on 1 April 2026 made an offer of options under the SIS to eligible Directors and employees of the Company and the Group.
