On 27 March 2026, the Board had announced that Zelan Berhad will convene the CCM at Room Banyan, Level 10, Baker Tilly Tower, Tower 1, Avenue 5, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur on 20 April 2026, Monday.
The Company had issued the notice of CCM, Form of Proxy and Explanatory Statement to the scheme creditors on 27 March 2026.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development in relation to the above matter in due course.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating the regularisation plan.
Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 31 October 2025 resolved to grant the Company a further extension of time of 6 months up to 30 April 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.
Further announcements will be made to Bursa Securities with regard to the regularisation plan in due course.
