On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 31 March 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 26 April 2026 to issue the circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
