The Board of Directors of Southern Score Builders ("Board") is pleased to announce that SJEE, a 51%-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 30 March 2026, accepted the following Awards from a local construction company to undertake the following projects:-

a) a subcontract project more particularly described as "Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrical System" ("Project A") for a data centre project at a total subcontract sum of RM150,000,000.00, inclusive  of all present and future taxes, duties, levies and other similar charges imposed by the relevant authorities; and

b) additional works in relation to an existing subcontract project described as the "Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrical System" ("Project B") for a data centre project originally awarded to SJEE on 15 October 2024 (prior to the Company's acquisition of 51% equity interest in SJEE), for an additional subcontract sum of RM39,000,000.00, bringing the total subcontract sum for Project B to RM115,035,917.14, inclusive of all present and future taxes, duties, levies and other similar charges imposed by the relevant authorities.

(Project A and Project B shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Projects")
