In relation to the default in payment to MBSB Bank Berhad ("MBSB") by Mines Waterfront Business Park Sdn. Bhd. ("MWBP") (in liquidation), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that status remains unchanged on the default in payment of principal and interests accrued at the date of this announcement.
The delay in certain monthly announcements was due to an inadvertent administrative oversight in the Company's internal monitoring of periodic disclosures, which has since been rectified. The company has implemented enhanced internal compliance tracking procedures to ensure timely compliance moving forward.
There were no material developments in relation to the litigation during the months of February 2026, October 2025 and September 2025..
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments, in accordance with Paragraphs 9.03 and 9.04 of the MMLR.
Further announcements will be made from time to time in respect of any material developments on this matter.
