Please be informed that the Defendants' third witness had completed his evidence today and the Defendants have closed their case. The trial dates previously fixed on 19 and 20 May 2026 have been vacated.

The Court has fixed a case management on 23 April 2026 at 9.00 a.m. by e-Review for parties to update the Court on the status of the preparation of the notes of proceedings and to obtain further directions on the filing of submissions.
