Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 11 November 2025 and 6 January 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that the High Court had on 30 March 2026 heard the intervening application ("Enclosure 31") filed by Yekon Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the Application.
The High Court has made the following orders:

The intervening application filed by Yekon Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. was struck off with costs of RM5,000 to be paid by Yekon Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Hearing Date for the Judicial Management Order ("JMO")
The hearing of the JMO has been fixed on 29 June 2026.
The Board wishes to highlight that the moratorium pursuant to Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to remain in force for SMSB.
