Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 November 2025, 31 December 2025 and 2 January 2026 in relation to the Debt Settlement.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Eduspec, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company and CM Asia, had vide a letter dated 31 March 2026, mutually agreed to extend the Completion Date to 3 April 2026.
