We wish to announce that TM-C2C expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 March 2026 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM7.2940 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of TM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than TM-C2C's Exercise Price of RM7.30, holders of TM-C2C will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised TM-C2C will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of TM-C2C shall terminate absolutely.
