The Board of Directors of BPHB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 March 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Heritage Merge (M) Sdn. Bhd., to dispose all that parcel of leasehold industrial land held under Individual Title Pajakan Mukim 424, Lot 52193, Bandar Selayang, Daerah Gombak, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 1,665 square metres in area together with a unit of a five-and-a-half (5 1/2) storey purpose built office building together with two (2) levels of basement car park erected thereon and bearing postal address at Lot 52193 JLN BI 8/1, Taman Bukit Idaman, 68100 Selayang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a disposal consideration of RM10,000,000.00 to be satisfied in cash.
