On behalf of the board of directors of HLT, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the following proposals:- (i) proposed consolidation of every ten (10) ordinary shares in HLT into one (1) new ordinary share of HLT ("Consolidated Share") ("Proposed Share Consolidation"); (ii) proposed reduction of the issued share capital of HLT pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Proposed Capital Reduction"); and (iii) proposed private placement of 37,643,700 Consolidated Shares, which represent 30% of the total number of Consolidated Shares after the completion of the Proposed Share Consolidation and Proposed Capital Reduction.
