The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end from 30 April to 30 June to facilitate better alignment of the Company's financial reporting with its quarterly reporting cycle. Hence, the next set of audited financial statements shall cover a period of 14 months from 1 May 2025 to 30 June 2026. The Company will hereby apply for an extension of time to hold its AGM and to lodge the Audited Financial Statement with the CCM accordingly.
