WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF EPMB

The Board of Directors of EP Manufacturing Bhd.  ("EPMB" or "Company") wishes to announce that EP Moulds & Dies (M) Sdn. Bhd.,

 the wholly-owned subsidiary of EPMB has entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 

("XSPSB" or "Vendor") on 19th March 2026, for the acquisition of six (6) pieces of freehold industrial lands for a total cash consideration 

of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty-Five Million One Hundred Seventeen Thousand (RM35,117,000.00) only, subject to terms and conditions as contained in the SPAs.
