(VI)	PROPOSED DISPOSALS

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

(Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 19 January 2026 and 9 February 2026 in relation to the extension of time until 31 March 2026 to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the Circular for the Proposed Disposals and the Proposed Property Investment Diversification (as defined herein), respectively.

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time up to 30 June 2026 to submit a draft combined Circular in relation to the Proposals, comprising the following:

 

 (i) Proposed diversification of SCBUILD/0109 Group's business to include the Renewable Energy Business ("Proposed Renewable Energy Diversification");

 

(ii) Proposed Acquisition;

 

(iii) Proposed diversification of SCBUILD/0109 Group's business to include the property investment business ("Proposed Property Investment Diversification");

 

(iv) Proposed Amendments;

 

(v) Proposed Joint Venture; and

 

(vi) Proposed Disposals.
